Meeting Street’s Early Learning Center is a place where every child—those with and without special needs—can learn, grow, and discover the joy of creativity side by side. Their passion lies in bringing the magic of the arts directly into a nurturing environment, offering over 50 young children new experiences in music, movement, storytelling, and visual expression.

Through collaborations with artists like the Rhode Island Black Storytellers, Sidy Maiga, RISD’s children’s arts program, and Providence Ballet, children as young as six weeks to five years old have the opportunity to explore rhythm, color, imagination, and connection. This reflects Meeting Street’s belief that creativity belongs at the heart of early education—and that every child, no matter their abilities, deserves to experience the power and joy of the arts.
